ORDER INFORMATION

 

Orders from the Netherlands

 

It is very simple to order. Click on the link ”buy now” under the product. The  Shopping list is automatically at the right-hand side. Or press on the link purchase to examine your order extended. You can add products at each stage of the shopping process or remove or modify articles.

If you are ready to complete your order, click the link for your shopping cart and pass through all steps for payment information.

 

If all data have been filled in correctly and you have clicked the link “order now” then you have placed the order. At that moment we are talking about a  purchase contract

 

Orders from the EU countries (see below  “sending and supply”)

 

Regarding Price:

All prices have been expressed in euros and includes VAT.

 

To Modify your order

If after placing an order, you still need to modify it, then as soon as possible contact us at info@health-solution.eu. If your order has already been processed then unfortunately it can no longer be modified.

 

If you decide to return the order, as it was too late to be modified, the shipping expenses will not be reimbursed. See “returns” for further information.

 

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please do so within 14 working days after the product is received. A product can be returned if the product is unused and the product packaging is intact. Article must be well packed  and sufficiently stamped. If returned Article meets these conditions, the purchase amount will be paid. Shipping charges are not included in reimbursements. If the returned item does not satisfy the conditions above then unfortunately we will not be able to reimburse for the item.

 

As soon as we receive the returned item, the reimbursement procedure will begin. Your bank account will be credited within 30 working days. Reimbursements will only be paid on the same account number that was used to pay the order.

 

In the case of promotional action or offers, Health Solution reserves the right for additional use/return rules).  Please contact us if you have any questions in regards to returns.

 

Products which cannot be returned

If products cannot be returned (for example clearance items), then text accompanying the product will clearly notate this.

 

SENDING AND SUPPLY

 

How long before I receive my product?

Our delivery periods lie between the 3-10 working days. If  for any reason we are not able to deliver do to supply or other external issues, we will communicate this to you by e-mail.

 

holiday delivery periods

We do not have the information at this moment, and it will be supplied on/or near holiday periods in accordance with our shipping company.

 

Sending by TNT posts

TNT posts deliver packages Monday through Friday. If you are not home when the package is delivered, the drive will not leave the package, and instead leave a ticket notifying you of the attempted delivery.  On this ticket it indicates when the next available delivery date is and what time of day they typically deliver to your area.

 

Alternate delivery address

You can have your product delivered to another address besides your payment address.. Indicate this clearly in the delivery address section. It is possible to send product to all Netherland destinations.

 

A gift for another one

If you intend for the product to be a gift, then just fill out the delivery address clearly in the delivery section. . If you would like us to include a small note, just send us the order information and text to info@health-solution.eu within the first few hours of placing your order.

 

Orders from EU countries

 

If you live in the EU we can also deliver product to you. Please notice our descriptions of the products are currently only in English.  In order to purchase, the payment has to be deposited directly into our account.

 

At time of payment you can choose between Ideal and deposit into account. Pick the option: deposit into account. When you receive and order confirmation, we have received the payment.  We will then proceed to ship your order.

 

Shipping Cost for EU countries: If your order is under 50 Euros the shipping cost will be 11.00 euros. You must add up this amount to your order and remit the entire amount. 

If your order is over 50 Euros shipping is 6.20 Euros. You must add up this amount to your order and remit the entire amount.

 

Shipping cost within the Netherlands

All the shipping costs are included in our price.

 

Subsequent delivery

If an article is temporarily out of stock, you will receive an email immediately and the product will be delivered as soon as it becomes available. You don’t have to pay shipping cost for subsequent delivery. As subsequent delivered no longer can be delivered,  we will reimburse your bank account included the shipping charges.

ad 1: iDEAL are: safely, easily and directly pay by means of your own (Internet) bank surroundings. iDEAL bring you with one click to your trusted surroundings of internet banking. All Internet Internet-banking customers of the participating banks (Rabobank, ABN AMRO, Postbank/ING and SNS bank) can pay by means of iDEAL.

 

ad 2: If you cannot do internet banking with of the banks dovetailed Ideal can choose Direct Debit from your bank account.

Personal Data Protection

The data supplied by you is incorporated into the customer files of Health Solution. The customer file is used for processing orders.

Your data will be exclusively used by Health Solution for this purpose and will be not supplied to third parties.

The only exception on this is the following: in the instances we are legally obliged to provide information to the government and/or this information is used to protect Health Solution, our customers or property rights. Also we reserve the right to use information to supply to detection agencies to fight fraud.

Our newsletter will be sent to you by e-mail.  It is only sent to you if you have submitted an application for the newsletter and online discount action. You can unsubscribe at any time.
