Benefits of having a green and healthy garden
For yourself, your garden and also for society.
A change for the better that starts in your backyard.
Humic and fulvic acid in your garden
It has been shown that plants lower stress, imagine what a green garden can do for you!
Plants evaporate water and produce shade to reduce the heat in the summer. Stones and tiles do just the opposite. They retain the heat, making it even hotter everywhere.
Green gardens are attractive to bees, bumble bees, hedgehogs, birds and many more animals. We also need these animals for our own existence.
Rain water drains into the soil in a green gardens. In tiled gardens rain water has nowhere to go and can flood the terrace.

Flowers and plants belong in green and healthy gardens!
Being aware that maintaining a garden requires some planning, we are happy to help with a step-by-step plan.
Step 1: Type of soil
A healthy garden starts with a healthy soil, so be sure to find out what type of soil you have.
Step 2: Plan of approach
Once you know what type of soil you have, the next step is to plan your healthy and green (kitchen) garden.
Tip: If you have little time to invest in your garden, choose plants that require little maintenance. Here (blog maintenance friendly garden) we have made a list for you.
Step 3: Maintenance
Maintain your green garden every month. Need tips? Check out our kitchen garden F.A.Q.
Step 4: Planting
Start planting. Below you can read about the 4 phases of flowers and plants.
P.S. Do you also want to create a lawn? Then follow these steps…
The development of flowers and plants includes 4 phases. During each phase you can support the flowers and plants by providing the right care and natural nutrients. This makes the plant more resistant to stress so that it can produce healthy and tasty fruits or beautiful flowers.
Phase 1: Soil improvement
During this phase you will optimize the soil; a good soil is a healthy soil!
A healthy soil life ensures that water can drain away easily. If, however, the soil needs to be more moist, by adding Ful-Humix (humic acid) you ensure that water is retained. In this way you can ensure a proper regulation of the water management of your soil.
Phase 2: Germination and planting
Once you have optimized the soil, you are ready to germinate the seeds.
Use Ful-Power to germinate your seeds, seed potatoes and other propagating material. This gives a healthy start to your flowers and/or plant seeds. Before planting, also add more Ful-Humix to the soil.
Tip: You can dip the root balls of perennials in Ful-Power.
Phase 3: Growth
The plants and flowers are rooted in the soil and begin to grow.
In this phase it is very important that the nutrients can be transported well and are sufficiently present. That is why we recommend humic acid with extra nutrients (TM-7) and the use of Ful-Power as a foliar feed.
Phase 4: Flowering and harvesting
The plants and flowers are now at their best. Enjoy this beautiful spectacle in your green and healthy (kitchen) garden.
However, it is important to give the plants and flowers a boost since a lot of energy goes into the growth of flowers and fruits. Cytoplus is a great solution for this; furthermore, it can also be added to your compost heap.
Use Ful-Power during every phase.
Use Ful-Humix to optimize the soil before planting or sowing.
Use TM-7 during the growth phase.
Use Cytoplus during flowering and for your compost (tea).
